WOD: Partner Chipper, 2 rounds, 20 min cap, all numbers are total reps and must be performed alternating EVERY rep.
50 tire flips
40 burpees
30 strict pull ups
20 strict deficit HSPU
10 x over climbing wall
Accessory: Koji variation (kettlebells haning) is for athletes experienced with the bench press. Newer athletes may perform tempo version of standard bench press. Kneeling Adductor stretch 3 x 30 ea side.
