Strength: 15 min to find 5RM single arm KB or DB strict press


WOD 1: 10 min EMOM – press with R arm on even min, L arm on odd min

5 KB Push Presses (use strict press 5RM) + 5 Burpees


WOD2: 10 min EOMOM: 30 second pull ups (10 sec concentric, 10 sec isometric with chin over bar, 10 sec eccentric)

Optional accessory (if time allows) 3 x 10 dumbell bicep curls
