Strength: 10 min to find a heavy single arm KB strict press (near 1RM)10 min EMOM , strict KB press (AHAP). Then complete 10 min KB strict press EMOM as follows (suggested weight is 65-70% of max):
Even minutes – 5 reps on R side
Odd minutes – 5 reps on L side
WOD: 10 min Partner AMRAP – 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16…….
One partner must complete the given number of reps for both movements before the other partner goes.
