CrossFit Thoroughbreds will reopen tomorrow (with or without power!) We will limit the schedule, so please find a class that best works for you.
Thursday- 7&8am, 5&6pm
Friday- 7&8am, 5&6pm (no open gym)
Saturday- Open Gym 9-11am (no Oly or boot camp)
Strength: OH pause squat (3 sec in the hole)
WOD: 5 rounds for time (30min cap)
