CrossFit Thoroughbreds will reopen tomorrow (with or without power!) We will limit the schedule, so please find a class that best works for you.

Thursday- 7&8am, 5&6pm
Friday- 7&8am, 5&6pm (no open gym)
Saturday- Open Gym 9-11am (no Oly or boot camp)

Strength: OH pause squat (3 sec in the hole)

15 min to work up to a heavy set of 3

WOD: 5 rounds for time (30min cap)

12 Front Squats 135/95
12 Pull ups
400m run
Acessory (Optional): SA OH carry
4 x 100ft per side (KB or DB)
Notes: Front squat weight should not exceed athlete’s 12RM. Standard pull up scaling options (no eccentric only due to high volume).
