Complete 5 Rounds

1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press
Rest as needed and add load as needed between rounds. Score is heaviest weight used for a successful round
Accessory: Plank Complex, 3-4 rounds (Note 3 x in each position per round)
