Teams of 2 – 12 rounds (6 per person), 24 min cap
10 KB swings
Sprint to end of fence and back
10 Goblet Squats
Strength: Triple Pause OH Squats
10 x 2
Start at 50% and increase load each round until unable
*pauses are at sticking point (descent), bottom, and sticking point (ascent)
Accessory: Offset KB rack march 2 min per side (increase weight from last week or if you had to break it up aim for longer sets)
