WOD: 6 rounds for time, 21 min cap
200 m run
50 ft OH walking lunge (45/25)
1 Rope Climb
Accessory: Dumbbell posterior fly 3 x 10
Notes: Preferred scale for weighted pull ups will be partner assisted pull ups. Scale for rope climbs will be 3x pull to stand unless otherwise prescribed by the coach.
