2 reps every other minute on the minute
*Start at 75% and add gradually as able
WOD: NFT AMRAP, 5 rounds max (focus on quality not speed)
A) 50 ft handstand walk OR 5 steps ea direction wall facing handstand OR pike handstand walk around box
B) Suitcase carry to end of fence and back (HEAVY, switch hands for return)
C) 100 DU’s
D) 10 Pistols (choose hardest version you can complete for a 5/side)
