30 sit up twists

30 mountain climbers

30 air squats

30 bridges

30 reverse lunges

30 plank rotations 360/ or left to right

30 jumping knee tucks/ or jumping jacks

30 windshield wipers/ or left to right leg over object

30 push-ups/ scale accordingly
